CHECK STOCK

What’s in your printer?

Where is the check on the sheet?

Match the position of the actual check section on your voucher stock.

VersaCheck Forms 1000, 1001, 1002, and 3000—and stock used with FreshBooks, Xero, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and most standard business-check systems—can work. The software or brand matters less than the actual sheet size, check position, and field placement. Custom stock should be approved only after its sample matches visually.

Finish the four checks before using real check stock.

The alignment sample is the final confirmation; a brand or product label alone cannot guarantee placement.

HELP & COMPATIBILITY

Frequently asked questions

Scan the titles. Open only what you need.
Which check formats does Print Checks Now support?

Use voucher sheets with the check on top, middle, or bottom; three-check-per-page stock; or full checks on blank paper. Confirm the physical layout with a test page.

Can I enter a table or upload a CSV?

Yes. Batch adds a multi-check table and CSV upload, validates each payment locally, and keeps ready checks in number order. Compare plans.

Do I need QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Xero, or VersaCheck just to print checks?

No. Print Checks Now works directly in the browser. Common branded stock can work when its physical layout matches. Compare current prices or check your stock.

Does Print Checks Now see or store my check and account data?

Check and account data stays in this browser. Only a routing number is sent for bank lookup, and it is not stored; email is used only when you intentionally submit it.

Does the Free plan include the verification QR?

Yes. Every Free voucher prints an adaptively sized QR on the check face and repeats a larger QR on the payee copy. Three-check-per-page output places one on each check face. Confirm each marked square is white and clear during the alignment test. Paid plans will let you move or hide the QR within approved clear zones when those plans launch. See what the QR actually verifies.

Can I print bank-processable checks on blank paper?

Business includes complete-check output, but bank-processable printing can still require approved stock, exact placement, a compatible licensed font, magnetic toner or ink, and bank approval.

How do I test and adjust print alignment?

Print a plain-paper sample at Actual Size or 100% with Fit to Page off. Hold it over your stock and adjust only if the fields do not line up. See the three-step guide.

What happens when a printed check is spoiled?

Choose Reprint, then keep the original number only if the first copy was unusable. Otherwise enter the number on new, unused check stock. The verification QR will match the number you confirm.
