FOUR-STEP PRINTING GUIDE
Print the check without opening a Checkeeper account.
If you already have supported preprinted stock, Print Checks Now can fill the payment fields and print directly from your browser.Voucher or three checks per page.
Payee, amount, date, and optional memo.
Align on plain paper before using stock.
DO THIS IN ORDER
From blank browser to printed check.
- 1Identify your preprinted stock.
Choose voucher stock with the check on top, middle, or bottom—or choose three checks per page. Use the compatibility guide if the layout is unclear.
- 2Enter the payment.
Add the payee, amount, date, address, memo, and reference you want printed. Confirm the starting number matches the next unused physical check.
- 3Print one plain-paper test.
Choose US Letter, portrait, Actual Size or 100%, and turn off Fit to Page. Overlay the test on your check stock and hold both sheets to a light.
- 4Print on the real stock.
After every field aligns and the number matches, load the stock in the correct printer orientation and print.
If a field is off, use the free alignment tool before risking another sheet.
KNOW THE LIMITS
This route is intentionally narrower.
Occasional self-printing on supported stock, live previews, alignment, and up to five single checks per day free.
Accounting integrations, a hosted check registry, outsourced mailing, and broad blank-paper template customization.
